He backed up to recollect his footing stance, however he walked right into Lapis and tripped himself over her and fell to the floor, then quickly picked himself back up to his feet.  

[Color=steelblue]"Nine hells woman!"[/color] Dalious shouted, recollecting himself.  [Color=steelblue]"Stay back"[/color]. His last words weren't to scold but more because there was no time to talk and he wanted her safe.

He went on guard against his attacker.
