Iikka is a diminutive form of Isaac, with both the Ks being joined with the adjacent vowels to form a single syllable. So the pronunciation is: 'I-ik-ka, Eye-ick-ka.' When said normally, the two Ks can almost fuse into a single sound despite being separate syllables, meaning that the fluid pronunciation is 'I-ick-a.' :E
Thank you. Didn't know it was a diminutive of Isaac. If you had not gave that explanation, I would have thought it would be pronounced like yick-ka (First 'I' as a consonant). Too many ancient languages in my mind I guess.
