This is a little nitpicky but can you change the surname? It's just standing out to me given it's not an actual Japanese surname. ^^;

There's some other things I want to talk over with [@Raineh Daze] a bit more before I give my final verdict, but I'd like to know exactly how strong and how useable you want the sword to be too, even if you send it privately.
