In Naruto, the Sage of Six Paths took the Ten-Tailed Beast and split it's power into nine creating the Biju, the Nine Tailed Beasts. In this AU story, the Sage of Six Paths instead shatters the Ten-Tails creating the world of Pokemon. Every living creature is infected with the Chakra transforming beasts into beings known as Pokemon, far more intelligent than now-extinct animals and able to harness the power of Chakra. Many Jutsu are derived from Pokemon and their abilities.

I just think Naruto and Pokemon mesh together so well it would make sense for the two of these fandoms to cross paths and give rise to epic fight scenes of Ninja/Pokemon wars. Would love to discuss this concept more.
