Hello. Not goblins, but orcs do exist in the world. More than half of the entire population of the orcs is concentrated in Dagorlad, while the rest spreads across the continent and has adapted to human society. 
There is no racial hatred between the elves and the orc, generally. But those who live in Dagorlad, like the Sarkazians alike, might still harbor negative views toward the elves whom often be seen as the invader that took their lands even before Serensiel's regime.
