For all who join, once you have posted your CS and gotten a "thumbs up" from me, you can post your first IC reply. 

Generally speaking, IC replies should not take the timeline ahead of wherever my last IC reply left off. That won't always be the case, obviously, but it's a pretty good guideline to ensure that writers don't get left in the dust.
