He finds that Natsu really is thinking about Lisanna foremost. His other thoughts include what happened with Erza, and other, useless things...
"N-Natsu... I don't know what to say..." Lisanna says.
"Lisanna..." Natsu says. "You're always able to make me happy..." He smiles. "Like nobody else."
