Jub gave a loud sigh as his words fell on deaf ears. The bullywugs prepared to arrest them and Brutrumukk, of course, escalated the situation. [color=CCCC22]"Why do I even bother...?"[/color] he muttered to himself as he once again had to ready his arcane focus for a fight. However, before he could even do anything, several of the guards started ganging up and attacking Brutrumukk, causing the barbarian to suffer serious injury. Having a brief flashback to the incident with the merrows, Jub decided it was best to get the two out of dodge before they could either be killed or imprisoned. 

He leaned over to mutter to Brutrumukk. [color=CCCC22]"Going to need you to trust me on this one, Brut,"[/color] he said. Without another word, he tapped his arcane focus on the barbarian's shoulder, casting Enlarge/Reduce to shrink Brutrumukk down to a much more portable size. He then threw the gnome onto his shoulder before starting to run as fast as he could away from the guards.
