Ah, gotchya. So your thought on the romance aspect to it was going to be a sort of love triangle for her? I mean, I should have figured that out, but I don't read enough romance, I suppose. xD I was kind of going to ask if, in order to avoid you potentially having a romance going between your own characters, if maybe Ruby's personality would remind Brahm of his wife while Alex had inhareted her looks, which could also then create extra odd tension considering the dynamics between everyone--Ruby doesn't mean anything to Vander, but she'd potentially be capable of meaning something to Brahm, while Alex would mean everything to Vander. It was just a thought! Figured I'd throw it out there anyway, even if you didn't have interest.

HA! Okay. I was for real planning on having Parker be a part of a hunter group that heard about some high-powered players being in town, and his group was going to use a date to the fair as a sort of cover-up op to get a feel for a vast amount of people in that town, and see if they could pinpoint any of supernatural beings there.
