Awesome, in that case I'll look forward to your application. In fact, there's something of a special deal going on right now. We're planning a relaunch of the RP sometime this summer probably, and in order to not leave anyone behind, fresh applications can start at level 5 instead of level 1, allowing you to spend your five points between Powers and Strengths as you please.
