I'm sure you'll all be excited to hear that, thanks to the tireless work of the ASB, we no longer have a uniform policy..! Though, of course, compromises had to be made.. Girls, our shorts and skirts still need to reach down to our fingertips; and anything gang-related will earn you an infraction. Oceanus Wave spirit-wear is still more than welcome in the halls, and as always, will be available for purchase at the Student Store.

School I.D's are still a must. And faculty expect your full co-oporation when it comes to having them on your person at all times while on school grounds. Remember, you will not be able to enter or leave the school without it, so it's up to you to look after your I.D and to not lose it. Though in the unfortunate event that you do misplace it, you will be able to purchase a replacement via the Administration Office for a ten dollar fee.

Oceanus' campus this year holds approximately forty-five hundred students.. with about one-thousand, two-hundred of them being in our graduating class alone..! And just like in years past, each class ranges anywhere between thirty to forty-five students, with about six to eight classes on your schedule. Meaning two to four classes a day. Depending on how you worked your schedules out with your counselors, you might have free periods before or after lunch that provide you a longer lunch break, or towards the end of the day that permits you to be let out of school earlier than most students. Show the front gate security guard your I.D, which has your free periods imprinted on them, and they will let you out.

Please keep in mind that our school runs on what we call a 'blocked schedule'. This means that you will attend your [u]even[/u] classes (𝟸, 𝟺, 𝟼, 𝟾) one day, while the next you will attend your [u]odd[/u] classes (𝟷, 𝟹, 𝟻, 𝟽). Remember: blue days are even, green days are odd, and gold days are for [u]all classes[/u]. Each class period runs for an hour and a half, with a fifteen-minute break between your first and second classes. After lunch comes your third and fourth classes for the day. Now there's only a five-minute break between them, so when it comes to getting to your last class.. make like the track team, and book it..!"[/i][/sub][/color]
