After two previous miscarriages, and being told that she would most likely never have children - Erin never truly held out hope for the birth of her daughter. She took her vitamins and obeyed all the rules, but it never fully sank in until Shiloh was born. The young woman has honestly lived life as her mothers best friend - though she does have structure at home, and was punished when she broke the rules.
