Carth cringed at the eerie like music. To see down the bank and to find Ash, he was trying to figure out what to do. He then had an idea and got a couple more pieces of gauze out of his bag before carefully trying to put it in Scarlet's ears. He then ran toward Ash and the creature. Carth was feeling his emotions twofold which didn't help him any as he unsheathed his sword and went on the attack at the half human, half fish creature. 

Altoron nodded and helped Shinlo to where they saw Scarlet and Carth go.
