Kimiko had guessed earlier that Avery might be blaming himself for what happened to her, but she’s not sure how to help him understand that it’s not. She watches as the yellow in his eyes starts to fade, but still remains. [color=FFF79A]“You had no idea what was going to happen last night and I can’t begin to even imagine what it’s like as a werewolf to have this… bond thrust upon you.”[/color] She doesn’t really know how else to word it and kind of lets that thought trail off as she takes a deep breath.

[color=FFF79A]“You were able to find me before anything more happened, that’s why I keep thanking you even when you threaten that your head will get bigger… I think we both know your ego is already too big at this point.”[/color] She teases half-heartedly before grabbing his other hand and placing it on the cheek that’s not bruised. [color=fff79a]“And see? You’re touching me and there’s no pain.”[/color]
