Just going to say this outright, if anyone comments on your characters concerning power level take note of what they say. Most notably Tuujaimaa and Tatsua Aiisen. Their old friends of mine who I know have a good head on their shoulders for the most part. 

To Dyscarnate, you did the CS right for the most part. Only thing you did wrong was the weapon section. Here it is reformatted to work. (Sorry for the lack of an Example. My CS isn't done yet) Oh, and please fill out the personality section, History I can live with it being left that way.
