Nero returns Caden’s kiss happily before he leaves to change, opting to stay on the balcony and lean against the railing to watch the world below. Their human memories were slowly piecing together and there’s still a lot of unknowns, but somewhere deep within Nero, their humanity is gleeful about experiencing these things that weren’t available to them as a human.
