One of my stranger idea. 


I considered idea of a 40k, Gun cutter, thry still not small, have crew bays, and are pretty open to design. 

Or even a archeotech one with a relic FTL Drive, or somthong like void sheiks etc? They fit on a thunderhawk or storm bird so you could fit to a cutter. And make a hand picked inquisition team with a space wolf and a grey Knight have to get on and play nice with sistr, and a customs having to be the sensible mom figure to the inpurums misguided children. 

Thr inquisitor and storm tropper captain / retinue just sigh wondering how to manage this.
