That wasn't a question that Yami had expected to be asked. Yami was surprised to say the least. Looking down a moment, Yami took a deep breath before looking up to meet Serena's gaze. "It's...It's because of the fact I'm still here. My father, when I met him at the gates and I decided to stay, he tied my name to my powers. That way I could start anew.
