Steve put his hand down as Alex got to his feet, his smile fading as recent events flooded back into his mind, including a certain redhead. "My name's Stephen. You can call me Steve though. My code name is Raiix" with those words, he turned back towards the entrance to the bunker, Alex following behind. In no time at all, they were standing at the hidden entrance. "As for the crisis... something... or someone has caused a lot of kids to turn partly immaterial. Be it certain body parts or even half a body..." Steve face hardened at remembering seeing Sarina halfway through a wall and helpless. The first time he'd ever seen her like that. "... kids are scared right now, so don't be surprised if things are hectic right now" He softened his face and gave as best a smile as he could to Alex "You're quite lucky to have not been caught up in... whatever it is that's doing this. Now where is my comm... oh, come on! Did I lose it again? Ah, jeez. Well, whatever. Stand back a bit." he told Alex, as he held his hand out to the current powering the door. In a blink he was on the other side, untangling himself from the control pad. "Ugh, I gotta work on that" Steve said to himself, unlocking and opening the ground for Alex to come in (I'm gonna assume the entrance is underground because that makes sense for a bunker. PM me if I'm wrong). "I bid you welcome, young Master Alex, to the lair of the X-Men... kinda... more like a back-up lair... for those who still wanna be X-Men... I think... I don't know, I've been in a coma for the past week" Steve said, trying to keep the boy's spirits up. He may not know him, but if he was in his shoes he'd be a little scared after what Steve had told him. Alex came down the ramp, and Steve started leading him through the twists and turns to the gymnasium, where he'd last seen Beast... and hoped he was still there so he could drop Alex with him and get back to helping others... the sooner he did that, the sooner he could check up on Sarina. And not just her, Steve was also worried about Heidi and Caleb... he hadn't seen hide nor hair of them since he'd woken up. Were they even alive? No... they had to be...
