Hillan; Roman, Rockette and I have completed our initial review and there are a couple of things we want to address before moving to the approval stage. Primarily, we have some concerns about Jack's abilities, the static state of them and the lack of opportunities for growth and development. If you are amenable to it, we'd like to propose the following changes.

Jack's body is essentially 'paused'. He has no need to eat, breathe, sleep, or pass waste (though he can choose to engage in any of these); he doesn't get sick or tired; he doesn't feel pain, and is impervious to harm; and he hasn't aged since his powers activated. Due to this state of 'stasis', Jack is further immune to more esoteric threats and forms of harm, such as burns, radiation, frostbite, gravitational force, crushing, electrical shock, and drowning.
Jack's muscles can perform indefinitely without fatigue, granting him infinite stamina, but no additional strength. He can withstand any blow without pain or injury, but the laws of momentum and kinetic energy still apply to his physical form; he can survive a hit anywhere from a light slap to a point-blank explosion with no wounds or pain, but he'll get pushed around by those forces acting upon him like anyone would. This means restraints are effective in locking him down, and when outclassed in a fight his opponent will have no difficulty knocking him around.
Were Jack's powers to be disabled - by cure, anti-HZE technology, or another Hype with nullification abilities - the cancer ravaging his body would come back in full force, and any bodily needs he's been neglecting - hunger, thirst, oxygen, sleep - would quickly catch up with him as well.
Given the amount of free time Jack has without needing to attend to bodily needs, and his inability to improve physically, he has taken it upon himself to sharpen his mind instead. (Gives room here for a bunch of skills and talents Jack could have spent time learning and practicing).
Jack's physical 'stasis' additionally extends to any growth or improvement one might typically be able to make through proper training and exercise. His body is completely and utterly unchanging, for all the advantages and drawbacks that brings with it.

Unsure of what you three believe needs to change in the review above. It's all more or less in line with my plans for the character besides very minor differences in presentation. I am by no means worried about his power getting stale, becoming boring, overpowered or becoming hard to interact with for other players or hostile NPC's. His powers have a great many use cases and interesting interactions with others, both friend and foe. Not to mention the near endless fun of the fact that his power is simple - yet comes with oh so many, many implications. I've willfully ignored a couple of the more awkward ones, as I'd prefer if every interaction doesn't come down to "Wait, how can you poop?" But, given the chance I'm sure there's some confusion and concern about my intentions with his powers, so I figured I'd lay it out as clear as can be to face some of the previously mentioned implications. His body being static from the moment his powers turned on is not what's happened. That's strongly against my intention, wishes and concept of the character. Jack was a meek, completely underdeveloped, deeply malformed child and teenager. Christian Bale in the masochist-type lad. Making his powers freeze him in this state is, not only deeply traumatic, and removes the new-found optimism that's central to his character. It's also greatly uncomfortable to write, interact with and so on. The vibe will be very different if he looks and functions like a 13-year old super-malformed Voldemort from the Make-A-Wish foundation, a vibe I'm sure none of us actually wants. Doing _that_, on the other hand is certainly a fun and interesting idea, but not at all what I have in mind for this character or I am passionate about. I might as well further explain how I envision his powers changed him since they activated. Once his powers activated, he was brought back to life, and slowly began healing and clearing his issues. His spine seemingly contorted back into a proper shape, his body grew to catch up, as it's pubertal-changes were hampered, etc. All over a rather short period of time, until he started aging basically normally. That is, until now that he's perfectly frozen at the 'peak' of his physical being. He certainly does exercise because he couldn't for two thirds of his life, but not because he needs to, or that it helps him grow in strength or speed, simply because he enjoys it. His brain fully developed, frontal lobe and all. His physical stats became perfectly balanced, between flexibility, speed, strength and mobility. The sort of thing someone would only achieve 'naturally' though decades of highly scientific exercise, yet he simply got it for free. He cannot decide he needs to get a stronger throwing arm, and therefor lifts more, as that will not have any effect. Any more-than-human feats he pulls off are a result of infinite endurance, zero fatigue and the ability to have 'more time' in a day, that's not wasted on sleep, rest or general fatigue. As for power-balance, you three have already properly hit it on the head. He's just a dude. He's trying to live his life, not optimizing his super-hero potential. He's spending most of his time doing normal things. He's watching movies, playing guitar or scrolling Guns N' Roses forums, not Danger Room Training so he can get out of every imaginable way of being subdued by a more powerful foe. Once he's faced with increasingly dangerous situations and threats, he might reconsider his choices, and instead focus on solving issues he faces 'in the field'. Much like his 'need' for sleep, the hormonal and emotional responses Jack feels to danger are psycho-semantic, driven by his emotions and 'habits' rather than raw biology. He produces adrenaline, his heart still beats harder when he's scared. He still has anxiety, and so on. As far as handling the eventually of disabling his powers - yeah, I completely agree. He is in no way cured from his issues, frankly they have probably compounded and worsened, he is completely reliant on his powers. He gets depowered, he expires. Fast. I believe there might have been an the intention from you guys to define some kind of limits on his powers. I wanna be extremely clear that either you're invulnerable, or you are not. My intention as a creator and writer is that Jack is beyond being physically damaged. It's a novel idea that's frankly never once been done in any superhero- related meadia as far as I know, adjacent ideas to it have been made, but nobody has ever fully dived into it and I'd like to explore it properly. In-Game, I don't want it to be that clear. The mystique of Jack's abilities, it's inner-functions, contrast to his late wife's, his constant sense of dread and worry about his limits, and so on are all central to what makes him a compelling character to write. Jack doesn't know if his powers fluctuate, if he's truly immortal or if he's just not faced a big enough hit. Every time he'd be at the receiving end of violence, there's uncertainty and worry. All he knows is that he's so far been impervious to all forms of conceivable damage which has been thoroughly tested. I whole heartedly welcome you guys to cook up some unconventional ways of dealing with him in a hostile situation that does not rely on pulling the plug and turning off his powers. Like it was stated before, he's just a physically fit dude. No infinite density, no strength, no speed, no reflexes. He's just a man who's physical power sits firmly in the normal distribution. As far as weird quirks, I must be adamant about a few of them, and clarify them as such. His powers have no nuance. It's not a matter of degrees. They're on, or they're not. As such, he does not get 'less' invincible while being around other hyperhumans in large density, even if his HZE levels were to drop from it, they remain high enough to keep his powers on. If for some reason, his levels goes too low his power comes off, all at once. Further more, his powers naturally lead themselves to mystery and uncertainty. He cannot be scanned as all forms of waves would need to penetrate his skin, between his atoms - which it can't. (Coincidentally, his phone loses signal depending on what way he's facing to the phone-tower / satellite.) He's immune to non-magical telepathy, density manipulation and being phased through etc. Any attempt to physically alter his person, from his out-most dermal layers and hair on his skin to the inner workings of his brain. Altering his senses is certainly also impossible. Things that affect him from the outside, like telekinesis, gravity etc, all work as it should in terms of applying force to him and capable of moving him without any issue. Someone attempting to apply physical force to him will result in interesting consequences, that I would like to explore. If someone who's super strong decides to break Jack's arm by bending it backwards, what happens, besides his arm not breaking? I would like to see him hold resistance to having his powers deactivated, where he'd not instantly lose his poweers. Rather rapidly decrease in HZE-levels, allowing others (and himself) to save his life, if that is possible. As a extra bones, I believe it is wise to make him immune to most ways of having his powers drained, copied or mimic'd by other Hypes. That feels like it's important for general world balance, as stacking his abilities on top of others would cause real issues. Jack has no kryptonite, there's no magic bullet, no (known) specific object, power, or circumstance that can cause him physical harm.
TLDR; His power is simple and absolute, yet provokes a lot of thought and opportunity for interaction. I believe I've thought of most of them even if I've not taken the deep dive into them here. In case the GM's, or anyone else have further thoughts, or questions, I welcome them both OOC and ICly. I'm constantly surprised by the amount of vectors invulnerability comes with. I do not believe anyone is gonna get tired of Jack's gimmick or what he brings to the story anytime soon.
