The Princess' face remained blank as The Knight apologized, and after seeing her father, knelt on the ground to show her respect to the royal family. It wasn't until her father asked that The Knight show his face, that she showed any interest at all. All she'd gotten was a glimpse of her lips through her helm, and...they looked to be very soft lips, the most beautiful lips any man ever had. So, of course she was eager to see the rest of the honorable Knights face, and possibly whatever else was under the armor. Her faint eyebrows rose in sync with the helmet being lifted, and she...she couldn't believe her eyes. Crystal was at a loss for words. How beautiful this man was, lips that perfect could only belong to such a man. All along she thought there was no male in The Kingdom who could catch her eye, but here he was...right in front of her - an honorable Knight. It wasn't until the Knight introduced himself as Sir Irina that the Princess realized that her Knight in Shining Armor was a woman. Her father figured it out even before she did, but Crystal just couldn't wrap her mind around a female Knight. The more Irina spoke of herself though, the more Crystal was convinced. Not to mention, she actually decided to take a serious look at the woman's features, and the shape of her body. I knew his voice was too feminine... She thought, tapping her fingertips against her arm deep in thought. When Irina spoke of Crystal being beautiful, her purple eyes wandered away from The Knights face... She wasn't sure how to take the compliment, or if it was a compliment at all. It wasn't odd for the people to compliment her, there would be no one in The Kingdom who received more praise for her beauty; though she was usually hidden away in the castle somewhere away from the Public eye. "No...It's fine," She started. "I'll send word by way of air to my dearest Olivia that we weren't able to make it, she'll understand." She said to them both, turning away and walking to where Lily was. "I'm feeling quite faint now, anyway. I'm sure my father would love to reward you for your contribution this afternoon." Crystal knelt down beside the giant rabbit, and picked up a piece of carrot to give to Argo. She smiled only a little bit at Irina's comment about their pet's being acquainted. "I suppose it would be a crime to separate them now that they're friends." She stood up and briefly patted the steed between the eyes before picking up Lily and going back into the carriage. Crystal shut the door, and did not look at the female Knight again for she was definitely blushing at her physical attraction to the woman. Now Father, don't do anything stupid...
