Power: 
black magic: this allows Charles to use an assortment of curses which can range from dark elemental attacks, to physical and mental attacks.
Sub abilities: 
demonic summoning: he is able to summon demons to do his bidding.
shadow barrier: this technique allows Charles create a barrier of dark magic which can protect him from many forms of physical and energy attacks.
Flight: by using his dark magic Charles is able to fly at great speeds, he can also use this ability jump incredible distances.
Growth: he will eventually learn to draw from negative energies which include negative emotions and destructive forces to use to ether create powerful powerful magical attacks or boost the strength of himself or his demons.
Weakness (es): he is weak against light based magic and holy powers. Light based superpowers can effect him and make him weak but to a much less extant if it is not magic. Silver is almost like his kryptonite, and his powers are not at full strength when it is daytime, and the amount of sunlight determines how weaker he is, if it is very sunny then his powers are at their weakest, if it is very cloudy and raining then his powers are only slightly diminished.

his staff helps him focus his powers to their maximum efficiency, and he can make it transform into several different melee weapons. 
Short bio: Charles Moore was always the kid who was fascinated by magic and the supernatural aspects of the world. he loved reading books about ghosts and demons, and of legendary beasts like Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster. he also was a very heavy reader of fantasy and magic. he read many books on legends of wizards and witches all across the world performing acts of magic. it was his dream to find a way to use magic and become a great sorcerer.
