"When muscles are required to work harder than they're used to, or in a different way, it is believed to cause microscopic damage to the muscle fibres, resulting in muscle soreness or stiffness. With me this doesn't happen and so I don't get cramps or strains. As long as I keep breathing and getting oxygen to my muscles I can pretty much go on forever. Of course probably not forever I also need food and water to keep my energy up but im sure I will be fine as long as I eat a big lunch" Flint joked.
