"It is a bit of both, to be perfectly honest." Samsul spoke with a small smile when asked about his intentions of escorting her. He followed her down the hall and stopped when she did at the portrait of her mother and father. He was okay with stopping there, since she had never even met her father, and this was one of the few remaining paintings of the two together that were still hung up. Many of the others had been taken down since Elana found them too painful to look at. He continued to follow the princess down the hall without words and smiled back at her when she smirked. "It does." He said with joy in his voice. He nodded once more and ordered one of the guards to watch after her. He didn't know what he'd be doing in his free time, maybe talk to Elana to give a report, maybe talk to some of the others. He didn't quite know yet.
