Alex looked rather confused with Ana's question, not quite sure how to answer as she looked over from Ana to Vincent for answers. It was when she heard laughing that she looked toward the source to see Damien and Dante. Having explained the blood bond to Ana that's when she realized what she was asking and the spark of realization clicked for poor Alex. 

Vincent turned his attention toward Dante when he explained the blood bond as well and bowed his head when asked about Lady Ana's condition. "She was given a blood pack whom was a donation from one of our men who wanted to help. She still has not eaten but is otherwise fine. We are off to see a human girl that was brought here against her will." 

Lady Alex steps up to explain the rest. How they found them together and their conditions when found. "I had just gotten word from Vincent about Lady Ana wishing to see the girl in case she maybe infected. With that it would be then be figuring out where to go from here."
