No one has made a lycan and as far as I know no one plans to make one. There is always a need for mer diversity, And Lycans surely offer that. They are strong and despite the hate some of them may garner. They do have redeeming factors. You'll fit in with others, or not depending on what kind of character you create. So i cant say for sure whether there will be need for a lycan specifically. But your free to make one if that's what suits you best.
