Utsu: As I hear the returned greeting I catch a shining glint of what could be steel, but the glint quickly disappears. Instinctively I take a small step back, but give a small bow in apology. Nodding towards the princess of Kūki, I say, "I do not envy your sister," quite matter-of-factly. "Prince Kūki, I imagine you think that peace and a beautiful princess seem to be a good deal. All the princes seem to be searching for the princesses with beauty. A shame I do not share their beauty," I add, words that should have emotion behind them but from my mouth do not. I give a barely recognizable sigh, or possibly just a longer exhale.
