Hello!

It's 2025 and I'm in a clown mood because I woke up with the hubris to look into joining a RP community again.
Back in ye olde forum days, I roleplayed very actively. Then college and work happened and I fell off the bandwagon for years. Easy enough,  because I had a rp partner and AIM available to me for creative outlet. 
AIM fell away first (RIP) and a couple of years ago, my rp partner fell away as well. I haven't really felt the spark for creative writing since, but you're never too old to take a chance. So here I am!
I think I'll be doing some lurking first, and may reach out to get to know the community in the off-topic spaces <3 I hope you'll have me!

My other hobbies include:
- Movies ('70s/'80s horror in particular)
- Books (Some favorite writers are Stephen King, Brandon Sanderson, George Martin and James S.A. Corey)
- LARP (Chiefly fantasy and sci-fi)
- Doodling
- DnD (I play 5e biweekly!)
- Enamel pin collecting
- Weightlifting
- Video games

Oof! This was tough to write. I like to think I'm pretty open-minded, but I also like to give y'all an idea of things I've done and enjoyed in the past. I reckon I'll probably be starting out within the parameters below since I have some experience with them.

I'm not a single paragraph writer, but I try my best not to stuff and fluff just to get to a certain wordcount. I like to think I'm moderately adept at that, haha. 
My time to write posts is limited by my busy IRL schedule and responsibilities, but I try to manage expectations as best I can and am happy to chat with RP partners outside of the RP thread itself. I love calibrating about where to take a story so we both have fun, so reach out to me about anything at any time!
