Who are the Raikou? The Raikou are a delegation of diplomats coming from the Land of Lightning. They are the Kumo Volunteers that stayed in Konoha since the last Great Shinobi War. Under the guise of helping Konoha to recover from its economic crisis, they work for the Raikage, who demilitarized Konoha Mainland and only made its protectors, the Police Force. Furthermore, its citizens has been fear stricken by Yokai Attack in broad daylight and at night.

Safety and reassurance has been more of a division than conquer, lots intended to leave Konoha for what its become. Even if there were said to be talented individuals, who rose to ranks of the Konoha 12, village people found scrutiny towards their remergence. The Konoha 12 is the national champions of the Land of Fire since its founding haydays.

Today, not only commemorated those who died against Pein but also the rising of the New Konoha 12.[hr]The Konoha 12 gathered at the Hokage Rock Office as they had quite the meaningful therapeutic recollection of during Pein's Assault, 6-yrs ago.[/color]

There's a lot of underlying issues with him, so many rumors, which earned him a mixed reputation and one of it, he rarely attends meetings and let his wives do the talking/PR. Rumor has it, he got six mistresses and two children.

Yusuke is considered as the Godfather Tycoon of Konoha, whether that's true or not, what is evident is that he's the richest person in all Land of Fire.

It seemed like the Lady Hokage only allied with Yusuke because no other man in the village, exceeds him in foreign relations and businness.[/color]
