When Ji'sien decided to sit next to her, she gave a small smile. Surani was glad to at least have someone else to talk to and something to take her mind off the Orc. She was sure she was just being silly about the whole thing, but she couldn't really bring herself not to feel uneasy about him. However, now wasn't the time to be pondering that. "Oh, I traveled. Ventured into dungeons no ones been in in centuries, slayed trolls, killed vampires, fought a werewolf once. I've seen most of Tamriel, though I haven't had the chance to see Valenwood or the Summerset Isles, yet. If I get out of this alive, its what I plan to do next." She replied to the young Khajiit. "You know, I was sixteen when I left Wayrest. All I had with me then was a somewhat above average skill in Destruction and Conjuration. Now, I'm going to be a Dragon hunter." She added with a chuckle. She couldn't help but to find her situation more than a little amusing. She never thought when she left she'd ever being doing this. Hunting Dragons! They were supposed to be extinct. She couldn't wait until she got to see one up close! It would be so exciting! If she didn't get her head bitten off that is. In the middle of their conversation though, a few others started talking as well. A few got the Dunmer to talk, which was a relief. She would try talking with her later herself, if she got the chance. For now, she would let her sleep. The others then started talking about taking first watch. Maemion offered to stay up with the first watch, and to hunt, had someone else decided to stay up with him. She, herself wasn't going to be sleeping anytime soon, so she decided that she might as well offer to join him. " I wouldn't mind taking first watch either. I'm used to late nights anyways." She said, before returning her attention to Ji'sien. "Anyways, what about you? What's a kid like yourself hunting Dragons for?" She asked him.
