[@The Savant] Oh whoops, I've updated it now. I think it's fair to price out Comfortable to Rich the same as Industrial to Rich. 5 Wealth is still a lot. But I want Aristocrat to be the real pain in the butt to price out for, that one one I want expensive. 

I think it's reasonable to price Comfortable to Rich at 5 W 7 P. We can treat industrial as a separate section entirely to be skipped over. What do you think? 🤔
