World War Three, a conflict that most dreaded to think about. Thinking it would end in nuclear destruction, but, in reality, it would not. When World War 3 kicked up in 2030, it still caused much destruction across the world in the five years it went on. But instead of ending when one side surrendered as many would think, the Third World War ended in a stalemate. Both sides realized that either side could win, and so peace was arranged. Ending the world war three.

But, despite this, there were fears that another world war could happen since the peace was a fragile one. Since most of the causes and problems that caused the Third World War were still unresolved.            

Still, there were other problems as the world rebuilt. Corporations saw a chance to take advantage of the post-war environment and started spreading their influence and control over the public in underhanded ways. Criminal groups have risen in power, and new regimes are changing the political landscape for the worse. Despite the best efforts of authorities and government officials,  

But there is something else in play. An invisible hand operating behind the scenes with ties to these developments, a group that only a select few know about. The Saviors, a a secret society that seeks nothing but total control over the world and is willing to do whatever to achieve that goal.  

What or who is there to stop this group and save the world from their rule, you might ask?

This is where you come in, for you are a member of the Spectres. A covert group formed by a man they know as Sparrow. Who seeks to stop the Saviors from taking over the world and saving what good is left in it. If they succeed in this mission or will the Saviors be too much for them? The freedom of the world hangs in the Specrte's hands.
