Not abandoning my other recent idea at all, I just... mentally juggle things a lot and have a lot of ideas all at once.

The city of Pacifica Noire rots the innocent. Crime-riddled, faux-wealth-ridden, scandalously-clad and churning deaths like a vicious factory. When an unlikely gang of criminals finds themselves all pinched together -- for some of the right (and wrong) reasons under an unlikely common enemy, they have to pull a series of takeouts, heists, repossessions and deals in order to preserve their images. Or at the very least, their lives.[/center][/hider][/center]
