If you wish to make a different character because you feel like you are stepping on Zapdos' toes then that is cool with me. There's no set date for when I post in the IC since I am waiting for other players to post their characters too. The most important thing to me is that everyone can play a character that they are happy with so they can have the most amount of fun. If you both play psychics, then that is also fine.
