Spunky is one of the more commonly used terms to describe her, followed closely by sassy and resourceful. She strives to push ahead even if the road is tough and dangerous, trying to not let obstacles stand in her way. Faye tries to be level headed, but doesn’t back down from threats, and is willing to fight for what is right and what she believes in. This has gotten her in trouble more than once in school, stepping in and fighting kids that were bullying others; it was a habit she couldn’t break though. She does have a bit of a competitive side, and is usually up to see who is better at certain tasks; the only way to improve is to see where your failings are, after all. While she does have a tendency to tease people and be pestersome, she always means it in good fun and doesn’t usually mean for it to be in offense (though that’s not to say she doesn’t actually enjoy trying to get a rise out of people she doesn’t like); she will apologize for actions if she realizes it’s hurt someone’s feelings. 

Inquisitive, she never shies away from looking for answers to questions and has been known to spend hours buried in books diving into the proverbial rabbithole her curiosity has led her. She has little issue with getting dirty, exerting however much effort is needed to get to where she wants/needs to go, and occasionally has “wandered” past barriers when it meant getting to what she wanted. She doesn’t necessarily mean to break the law - she does respect laws are there for a reason - but the thought of “I’ll only be inside that barrier for a minute” gets the better of her impulse control at times. 

Faye enjoys exploring as much as she loves researching things she's interested in, and often goes on long hikes and even overnight camping trips. She enjoys photography and wilderness exploration, just as comfortable mapping her way through forests as she is navigating her way through city streets. She's been looking forward to starting her journey as a trainer to open her exploration options more, and new places to take pictures from.

Faye will never let her parents know she remembers the days of Cipher's influence in Evig. She remembers that Mom was a sought out trainer that helped others in the region develop skills as pokemon trainers. She remembers when Dad could walk. Memories her parents tried to erase for themselves by ridding themselves of the pictures of those times. But she doesn't tell them any of that. It's easier to let them pretend those memories are long forgotten, or never existed in the first place. Because while many others barely felt the influence of Cipher's evil, her family bears the marks of it. 

Growing up in King's Cross, she always wanted to explore - even as a young kid. She couldn't, but she wanted to. So she explored using the libraries and archives. Long days diving flipping through pages to follow interests as far as the books could take her. When Cipher was chased out, Dad transferred to work at a PokeCenter in Ashborne to help give them all a change of scenery. Mom was quiet, withdrawn, during that time and spent days on end at one of the temples working on her meditations. With Dad away at the PokeCenter, that gave Faye ample opportunity to explore. As her wanderlust grew, and Dad caught on to the fact she was more often than not far beyond the boundaries he established, he figured the least he could do is give her a way to catalogue her experiences: her first camera. After the first few months, Mom started to at least show an interest in all the pictures Faye kept showing her and all the adventures Faye told her about. Mom started joining her on hikes, short at first but longer as time went on and Mom could stand the sight of Pokemon without tears. 

They lived there for three years, gradually growing accustomed to everything and Faye developing a real eye for photography. Over those years Mom rose out of her depression and reinvigorated an early passion of painting. Dad transferred back to the PokeCenter in King's Cross and they picked up like they had never left - well, for the most part. Mom opened a studio to continue painting, and teach others how to paint as well. It was a welcome return to a normal life, as far as Faye was concerned. 

While she doesn't talk about what she remembers, it didn't stop her from researching things in secret: champions from other regions, researching Pokemon, finding out more than what school would teach on the Cipher days. She heard the rumors about the Evig league from all the ways things were posted. It was never fully a dream - to compete in a league - but it certainly presented a means to an end for her. So she applied first chance she got, even though she knew Mom wouldn't agree and Dad would hesitate to agree; she was right. It took a lot of convincing, and involved a week of mom having trouble even looking at her without tearing up much less talking without a strained voice, but both came around and Faye is ready for her adventure. 

[color=EE82EE][u]Kind of Pokémon you like:[/u][/color] While she'll tell you she's looking for the strongest, but really she knows what she likes and what she doesn't, and a lot of it has to do with appearances.

Secretly wants to be a Pokemon Champion
Really good at taking photographs that highlight the best qualities of her subject, and in depth research of subjects she's interested in, and wayfinding.

Living up to his name, he'll end up keeping Faye on task when needed, and offering her a sounding board when her thoughts get muddled.
