I might need to make a timeline of everything that's been talked about so far in order to guage how old my character should be and what their misdeeds were. Let me know if there's anything missing.

993 - Attempt on Rune Alchemist's character's life
999 - Estelle was poisoned and betrayed here.
1007 - The time we all return to. Want my character to be on the younger side, so she's maybe 18 here.
1012 - War start
1015 - Capital fell. Currently thinking that my character was leading a force here, and deserted in fear. Takes a lot of blame for the loss and is arrested.
1017 - Everyone dies. The prison is raided and my character is slowly tortured to death
