She’s helpful and kind, brave and caring, but perhaps a little strong-headed. Direct and earnest, she tries to understand her pokemon as they speak to her.

[b]Background[/b]: Regan has been raised to be a fighter. Ferocity runs in her blood. Alas, times have been peaceful, things have been calm. Fighters have little to fight. In lieu of some conflict to fight, something that has always been inspiring to her, someone she’s always looked up to, have been the Pokemon Rangers. Strong, capable trainers, putting their power to use helping people and pokemon alike.
   She applied to become a Ranger, but without proper experience handling Pokemon, she could not. With persistence on her end, the Rangers and the Pokemon Association decided to give her a chance. She had promise. She'd have to travel far to prove her mettle, however.
[b]Kind of Pokémon you like[/b]: Fighting-type. Hitmontop looks like a fun pokemon.
[b]Quirks/Talents/Aspirations/Other[/b]: She wants to be a Pokemon Ranger. Sensing a promising candidate, the Association has sent Regan to the Evig region for her application process, in response to Professor Kapoc’s request. The timing worked out quite well.
