[@Silver Carrot] Ah, I just caught something on a re-read: For GM reasons, everybody kinda needs to be present at this final battle in the port of Hadrum before the "regression" gets triggered. So the demons could've still dragged Sherry out of the cell and tortured her, but maybe they kept her alive as a meat shield or something until the Demon Army marched on Hadrum. As twisted as it would be, maybe she sees everything unfold while she's hanging from a cross or something of that nature?
