It's supposed to depict something related to their last day, with only Estelle being different.
Big one is Estelle: It feels like her fall was the moment everything went to hell
Drowning is Rowan: He is literally sinking
Crucified lady is Sherry: Finally above Estelle
Crawling lady is Ophelia: Trying to reach Estelle
Shield and sword is Ferrucio: Taking a spear going towards Estelle
Guy pushing another is Eryx: One of the few not focused in Estelle but instect the moment he chose to save another instead, his was last that is why is lower quality, I ran out of time.
