Words are enough to trigger a warm-up point right off the tatami seats to the Testing Grounds in a twinkling moment. She knew that playing it safe wasn't an option this time.

Observing is part of training, gauging the capabilities of an enemy within the real ordeal. Rei looked around her & saw that Bakuto was quick to trade strikes with Ouga, her eyes barely gauged what just happened. Darius then supported Bakuto, their speed was in-sync enough for Tony to join & trade blows, his warcry was painful to her ears though.

Rushing in without tactics, what a brute move but he'd be a good misdirection just like the boys making diversion. 

Rei intends to use these boys as a distraction.

Looks like their dog-fight would be enough for her to do a Bakudō that should just get it done with already, it's non-lethal but it should bind Ouga, assuming he falls for it.

The chant is chanted as discreet as possible, this ain't anime where people call out their attacks loud, like Tony's warcry.

Does she have a backup plan? Probably not. The only plan she got is keep a distance & follow-up a Byakurai.
