Mei is not answering his calls and Akira is concerned about it. He won’t call Mei a social person but she is the type to answer calls even if it took her time. So he didn’t receive a message when he woke up, he to his shame found himself distracted throughout the day. He hopes no one noticed him staring at the window while revelations shook the class. Maybe the fact that he was forced to report before the Dragon Warrior gave him a bit of leeway but he couldn’t be sure.
Knowing that he cannot afford to be distracted any longer, he decided to rip the bandage early and head to the Class 1A Dormitory.

He recalled the last time he was even near this. A gauntlet of pricks jumped him which was then followed by Erza giving him a beating, he was thankful for Mei stopping her.

It's time to repay that.

He clicked the doorbell and waited for an answer.

On second thought he should've thought of informing Erza but here he is now. There is no path for him but forward.
