That was weird, Javier thought after seeing Gillmore seemingly change after Victor's tired response to her. Looking like she actually like it and Victor as a result. Well, he was now glad that Victor did that, since she now cared, and the training went by rather well. Even Blinky seemed to start helping as well. An odd but welcome change, though, for how long? 

Either way, Javier passed his tests, granted he had some trouble with the photon pack. He thought he would fail, but ended up doing well enough. Which was a relief since he thought he would fail and have to go back to job hunting

Still, Javier passed, and when Gillmore spoke about taking them along for a field mission. He was nervous, since it seem a bit early to him to start field work, and he wondered how Gillmore handles herself while on the job. He guesses he will see how he handles it as well. "It is not going to be a hard mission, right?" Javier asked, trying to hide his nervousness. Though with Gillmore being in charge, she may not care about that.
