In her preparation to be a hero, she made an effort to study the hero culture as much as she could, train herself to the level of a student athlete and enter as many auditions as she reasonably could despite her young age. Her friends and only guardian accurately describes her as a go getter who wants to enjoy her life.

She found her opportunity at stardom when one of the auditions she entered was 'attacked' by a horde of rampaging animals, while most of the auditionees did the reasonable thing and fled to safety. Phoebe decided to follow her instinct, namely taking a conveniently placed spear and acting as a rear guard. The spear allowed her to protect a fellow auditionee and hold the line but the spear eventually broke and she was separated. That is when the agency intervened, stopped the 'test' and stated that she passed the audition.

What followed are six months grueling months of training and workshopping her heroine character. It wasn't easy and Phoebe knew that trials would come to her budding career. But for now, she could say that she's finally here.
Now all she needs to do is to be an inspiration for everyone.

This results in the agency being known for their skill in bending the narrative of their heroes depending on their personal state. A burned out hero will be given a 'blaze of glory' ending or get a downfall to a more relaxed and cathartic villain role. If the talent wants to simply part ways the agency is also happy to use their connections to a suitable agency for them to transfer to.

She also works as a voice actress in animated projects, most of the time her characters are energetic, optimistic young girls like her. She did surprisingly good work dubbing on a villainess role when she was given the chance.
