Some NPCs: Lily Herstal - Childhood friend of Faye who entered 72kaPro as a songwriter at the same time Faye signed as an idol. Mr. Schuler - Faye's producer, who always seems a bit overworked yet gets the job done somehow. Emma Gepard- Faye's personal trainer who was appointed recently to help her with the move to Talents. As a result she's not really much of an idol person.
[@Crowvette] I will choose to pretend that Kirara is just a sound, rather than a specifically Japanese onomatopoeia. But it'll be kinda a landmine, so long as you're good with bearing possible consequences. Anyways, I'll say that 72ka Productions is still an up-and-coming agency despite Kirara's relative success. The most popular idol produced by them being only known by 150,000 people in Neo-Astraea speaks volumes kekeke. Out of curiousity, why did she personally decide to get into the Talent business? She could have continued just being a regular idol, increasing her Fame without having to like, throw hands with people for real and putting on an even thicker stage persona than regular celebrities. It'd probably be the case that Kirara would be playing in a sidekick/support/background noise role for larger Heroes, unless 72ka would push her into dealing with 'real' emergencies and incidents in the way that AGC Rising would.
I'm not married to that particular stage name tbh, perhaps I was off base with that particular choice. There are other sparkly onomatopoeia names I could pick without any issue. Perhaps a little bit that I should've included in the original sheet was that I kind of have a bit of a mental image of 72ka being a company that has some hidden expertise (perhaps started up by someone who broke off from a successful entertainment company to forge their own path?), though I'm not exactly sure how that might factor into the plot or events. If you think it might be a good tidbit for story, then cool, otherwise meh it's not super important. As for why she's went towards Talents, I think it's best to just say that she's interested in pushing her performance into a completely new dimension. It's not necessarily that she wanted this in particular, but it was just the kind of wild move that appeals to her so she went with it. I'm fine with her playing support, I think having such a blindingly positive character would be a fun foil to several existing characters and I'm no stranger to playing characters on the weaker side anyway.
