With the rise of new smarts, Team Nox has managed to stay low until recently, a surge of more powerful pokémon occured as well as pokénappings and disappearances. All seemingly stemming from Team Nox, the Verillian Region elite trainers have decided. Stop it before it escalates further. Select few trainers were chosen by the new professor, Professor Fir, ones with brilliance unmatched, strength like no other. Among these trainers, lies 6 prodigies unlike any other. Some are only starting their journey now, a burden to hold. They will need to use their all, to defeat something that would surpass Arceus itself. It seems Team Nox wouldn't let a bunch of kids ruin their plans however, pokénappings and suspicious activity is increasing drastically, all linked with Team Nox. How painful. How sad. You are one of these aspiring trainers. Picked by THE champion, the star of the Verillian region herself. Champion Calista, now your journey starts, prove yourself worthy. Don't be late!~ Some things shouldn't exist.
——————
Here are some hiders for essentials
Name & Nickname: What they go by. (optional) Other Notes: (optional)

The Verillian region contains many uniqueness, some of which include: Stars Of Honor: Medals given to those who have earned it, some say these medals contain power that is the key for evolution or other special wildcards. The Royal Family: There are three known royal families, one of the elites of this region. It is said those who have royal blood are destined for greatness alongside a Fateful encounter…? The League: A group of 4 elites that specialize in multiple types alongside Champion Calista, enforcing battle rules and hosting tournaments. Verillian Pokémon: This region houses 49 unique pokémon, alongside 12 Verillian forms for pre-existing pokémon. Fusion: During double battles, if two pokémon hold a special item that contains their essence, they could fuse, linking their souls to one another giving each other their strengths and movesets alongside abilities. This doubles the pokémon's stats by adding the amount of stat points the other pokémon has to their own. Megas: Some pokémon here have mega evolutions unachievable in other regions…

STARTER SELECTION RULE
1. No pseudo legends as they are op 2. No actual legends because…obviously 3. No one stagers as that'll make u op early game 4. Must be level 5 5. No shinies 6. No tms, egg moves allowed

So this is how we'll play
STATS
Pokémon have their own stats like in the game, game stats will be used as a reference. Nature can be used to boost or downgrade a stat by 10%. These will generally determine their damage, defense, and speed. Actual stats are used as reference, so yeah. For defenses, i don't know how much it decreases the damage so lets say 4% for average?
Me, and you.
You play as your own character. I control everything else okay? I roll outcomes with a 20-sided dice, sometimes 100 lol. If you're fighting with a pokemon 5 levels below you, i'll give you advantage (roll twice, take the highest outcome).
Don't worry abt..
Don't worry about the levels, experience, and moves. I keep track of them so yeah. :>
Quick Battle/Catch
Come up with a strategy, dm or message me in guild with it and i'll tell u the outcome. Just in one post!
Cool things
You're able to encounter roaming legends after the third gym, in order to actually get into battle with one you'll need to roll 8 20's in a row. For shinies it would be 3. And for capturing it, a normal catch rate with a normal pokeball would require a 14 or higher, the number increases with each level of difficulty with legends needing a nat 20, whilst higher-tier pokéballs would decrease the amount needed.

There are four types of pokémon categorized in the dex. Common pokémon are what you would see regularly, such as fletchling or zigzagoon, uncommon pokémon are rarer but only by a bit. They have a 1/5 chnce of appearing every encounter, for rares they are quite rare as the name suggest, these consist of mostly late-game or strong mons like gible or larvesta, they have a 1/15 chance. For legendaries, they are extremely strong ( mythics aswell) and can be encountered after yor third badge but rarely, static legendaries are also a thing, your oc needs to do something in order for it to show up but these r rare. Trainer battles are hard to figure out wether or not they're important or nah, if your battling many trainers after another we can say its not important. But for gym leaders, elite four, champions, story-relevant ones aswell as some fights it'll be relevant.
