For a moment she mistakenly believed that he was trying to protect them from her, and was thoroughly appalled at that prospect, until he turned his back to her and made it clear it was she he was trying to protect from them. An absurdity. The celestial was quite sure she could rip through these foul smelling scum with ease. She did not need protection from them. This brief redirection of her ire gave the level heads time to talk something out, though Amatarasu wasn’t exactly sure she liked simply letting the guards go. Even if their boss wasn’t in on their deeds, that only meant that they would try and remove him from the equation rather than actually reveal their crimes, which wasn’t going to solve anything. As such she was entirely onboard with going along with the plan of checking out the place the monster supposedly lurked. The rest, it seemed, were onboard, including Heismay, which would be interesting. She wasn’t quite sure what sort of power he’d activated, and seemingly neither was he, but the resulting armored figure had certainly seemed like a powerful figure indeed. Given his pre-existing speed, she was very interested in seeing it in action. Speaking of, perhaps it was time she allowed them to see her in action as well. It would at the very least dissuade Harry of the foolish notion that she of all beings needed protecting. Of course, neither of those things were really what was important, as Kit reminded them as they exited the cave. If there was fighting to be done, it was, first and foremost, fighting for the sake of the children. The wolf giving Kit an acknowledging glance for his words, before she set off, leading the way as she followed the trail of the guards back the way the way they had come.
