Dr. Eileen Fang
"Tch!" Eileen clicked her tongue in disappointment. Her ultrasonic pulse had dealt merely a glancing blow, failing to result in an immediate knockout. It was difficult to manually aim at this distance, reminding Eileen of her reliance on the precision of her tools, tools that had been rendered blind by some unseen force. Still, more than enough heroes had arrived and dealt with PyroJack handily. Though her original goal for coming out here and dealing with this crime was to meet other superheroes and get her foot in the door, Eileen didn't want to appear as some overeager rookie, running back down to the ground floor and into the bank to introduce herself like some fangirl. Besides, she was likely to get stopped by the officer again and would be going against the flow of foot traffic as hostages flooded out of the bank. Instead, she stayed where she was on the second floor of the building opposite the bank, looking down at the crowd and her potential future colleagues, and commanded one of the locust-shaped drones that had been futilely observing the bank from outside to fly in towards the heroes. "Splendidly done, fellow heroes," Eileen's voice emanated from the small electronic device, "Swift, decisive, no hostages harmed. Please allow me to introduce myself, I go by 'Interference'. I am on the building across the street, second floor. You'll see an open window." Eileen would wave if any of the heroes looked her way. "I primarily use sound and light-based technology, but I can't really take a hit, which is why I'm all the way over here. This is... admittedly, also my first attempt at fighting crime. Things didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped, so I'm grateful that you all showed up."
