[*][u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] Shy to a worrying degree, which is why she’s been pushed into the Moon Circle Society, and pretty much hopeless at talking to strangers without support. On the plus side, she’s gradually getting better about this! Even if Felicia would much rather leave it to other people, the small witch is gradually learning.
Beyond the shyness, she really does have an unusually fervent interest in magical theory and the [i]why[/i] of how spells work, so it’s not too hard to find something she’s willing to talk about. Or rabbits, she definitely likes rabbits – just not when it comes to talking about eating them, or using them for fur, or… she likes [i]living[/i] rabbits.
Felicia wouldn’t want to go down into a dangerous labyrinth if it was empty, but, but… look at all the unknown magical things there are too learn! It’s worth it, right? If you can learn or do something new magically, it’s worth the risk, in her mind. She has a bad habit of extending this to trying spells or rituals, since it worked out the first time…
[*][u][b]Abilities:[/b][/u] Aside from knowing enough evocation to create a familiar, Felicia has otherwise only learned basic white magic, although she’s a particularly deft hand at casting [i]more specific[/i] protections in time rather than relying on a more powerful barrier to tank everything. She prefers to buff [i]other people[/i], particularly her familiar, rather than herself. What would she even do with that?
She’s surprisingly gifted when it comes down to it, since she [i]hasn’t[/i] been learning magic since childhood; only the past few years. Even intellectual familiarity doesn’t fully account for it.
[*][u][b]Skills:[/b][/u] Good at reading. Very good at finding things in libraries. Can take care of small animals.
[*][u][b]Equipment:[/b][/u] Aside from the basics, Felicia has her familiar – an animal imbued with a low-grade spirit through a ritual and transformed into something more, sustained by her mana. 
[*][u][b]Brief Backstory:[/b][/u] Felicia was born to a prestigious family amongst magical society – her aunt is none less than the current head of the Moon Circle Society. It might be expected that this would lead to growing up crushed under the weight of expectations, or pushed to achieve feats of magical excellence early… but nobody really expected that of a boy. There was just a quiet, unmentioned disappointment from her parents.
This didn’t mean she grew up any less [i]surrounded[/i] by magic, of course, free to look at many resources that might otherwise be completely forbidden to anyone without the necessary training. It gave her something to escape into, as she never quite got the hang of making friends. The closest she had was a rabbit given as a pet, taken from those needed for other magical purposes.
But rabbits get old fast. Now, maybe there might be a way to directly reverse or extend this – after all, Felicia’s aunt is [i]centuries[/i] old – but that wouldn’t be possible to do at all with no magical practice, plus the likely difficulty with any attunement, even considering that her family background still all but guaranteed some ability. But with all these books… well, Felicia knew familiars were a thing, so if she could find the spells and rituals to create one of [i]those[/i]… 
Juliet is grateful she investigated so obsessively, even if she’s berated Felicia no end of times for unsupervised evocation in the years since.
Adolescence was initially not very fun, to say the least, particularly given Felicia’s shyness and unwillingness to talk to anyone. Except, naturally, Juliet… who was the one to eventually say to hell with propriety and just drag the poor girl to her aunt until she told someone that wasn’t a supernaturally imbued pet rabbit.
That helped. She even took her aunt’s name in gratitude, although it would be… confusing to use it publicly.
Unfortunately, it was also the sort of thing that tends to make big news in society circles, and it still surfaces now and then – particularly to accuse the Bellecourt family as a whole of treating their family as simply a source of magical talent and resource rather than considering Felicia’s well-being, quite literally getting things backwards.
She’s basically been pushed to join the Moon Circle Society as an active member so she’ll actually have to [i]talk to people[/i].

[*][u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] Despite her stern and dour demeanour, Juliet’s actually perfectly approachable and relaxed to be around, she just has an extremely bad case of resting bitch face. This is good, because she’s usually the one doing introductions and such where Felicia is concerned, as much as it would be better for the witch to do it herself.
Just… don’t hurt her mistress. Or be mean to her in general. She’s very protective. 
[*][u][b]Abilities:[/b][/u] Standard familiar things, really: she can turn between being a rabbit or her more human appearance on demand, where a second caster is required she can assist Felicia… plus, given time, she would regenerate damage even without healing.
[*][u][b]Skills:[/b][/u] She’s learned to fight, in order to protect her rather silly Mistress who simply won’t learn how to make use of her own enhancements. Perhaps because she was a rabbit, Juliet [i]really[/i] likes kicking.
[*][u][b]Equipment:[/b][/u] She [i]is[/i] the equipment. Felicia’s flirted with getting a specialised Witch Arm made, but her own enhancements have done for now.
