Yeah, Regan had the right idea with this place, David thought with a nod at her initial question. Pretty boring, if he did say so himself. Not that he did. He just didn’t feel like it. Nor did he notice the derisive way in which the receptionist spoke. Except for a word. [i]Discreetly?[/i] The psychic had a few things to say about that, and this time, he spoke them out loud.

“Really, guy? That sounds so [i]boring[/i]. I quit doing things quietly when I finished school - which, by the way, was also boring. So if you want us to do this your way, you’ll need to make it not boring in some other way. You know?” He then sat on the desk, facing the receptionist as if to prove his point. 

The unintentional blackmail may or may not prove to be effective, but David was wondering something else.
