For a brief moment, she couldn't help but think it fitting that the tree provided shade from the sun even now. The addendum to the plan made sense, so once more Crystal nodded. "Got it." She would have said to give the apparent Ars Magi hell, but she knew that Rivka's flames were hotter anyway. So she turned away to follow the plan. "Flying pretty close to blind without you, Chie. I'll follow your lead." And so she did, and soon the duo reached the civilians and the, perfectly reasonably, jumpy soldier. A glance out the window showed the other half of Kheper now under attack, but she had full faith that the two could manage. But she didn't have time to watch their battle, with a Void entering her peripheral vision and taking her full attention. As soon as it raised its arm to fire its rounds of darkness, she stepped forward to block them, Hiems raised, but they didn't hit instantly like she expected. Instead, they just... floated forward like buoys on a river. She wasn't sure enough that they would keep their current pace that she would risk looking away, but they simply didn't have enough information yet. "Are there any other Ars Magi?" Her gaze traveled from the Void, then to its projectiles, then to the hallway's walls. "Chie, I see two options here. If you can throw its attacks back at it, fast, that might take it out. Otherwise, I can hold it off while you lead everyone," Crystal's arm swept in the general direction of the soldier and civilians, "to safety. I wouldn't be able to find my way back alone." If Chie got the group outside to somewhere safe, then if push came to shove, Crystal could force the enemies together through the window. Assuming the one Rivka and Selma were fighting was indeed an Ars Magi, then there was a chance that she and the Void would take offense to each other's presence. Of course, there was a higher chance that they would team up and the brawl would go out of control. Besides, that was only assuming there was the one Ars Magi and the one Void... Crystal moved into a more offensive stance, and spoke once again. "I don't think it's wise to both focus on the Void, when there might be others. But you might see other options. Any ideas?"
